Jenny Pitcher, a certified health and wellness coach and registered dietitian at OhioHealth, agrees with Mariah and suggests snack boards as a fun way to experiment with flavors and food combinations. “Looking try something fun for your next party or gathering? Want to make lunches with your kids less boring? How about a stay-in date night idea? Snack boards are a great way to spice up any of these scenarios”, says Jenny.
