When Can Adolescents Under 16 Get the Vaccine?

Currently, the Pfizer vaccine is authorized for 16+. Moderna and Johnson & Johnson are 18+.

Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson are already doing pediatric studies, with Johnson & Johnson’s youngest age at two years old. These studies are not going to take as long as researchers already have a lot of data, so authorization for adolescents is expected sometime before the end of 2021.
